Whole Again
No one can release your sins that evaporate in your hand, when all is said and done and it never reaches out to touch, a soul, a heart is only matter..... Oh life we steal, and hunger for the heal but we can't find a lie to make us whole again So god damn cold, all that is left, is how warm you can make it feel, what can you make real? Is it a love, or a chemical reaction to the touch you finally recieved? Poor life we steal, and hunger for the heal but we can't find the truth to make us whole again Our lives our stolen by all the time we're searching out for what's within to make us whole again, won't you make me whole again, God, please make me whole again |

There are a lot of self help books, religions, talk show hosts and vagabonds that will make promises to make you whole again. I am a big fan of these. It is so wonderful to know that so many people and organizations out there care about you and want to help you. And to think it will only cost you your soul. Beautiful.
These lyrics reflect my deep belief that the only true spirituality is within every one of us. Until we get in touch with that no one will ever understand the beauty of life and the power of God. The weirdness sound-wise in this song was created after the lyrics were written. Try to open your head and feel your brain being rewired when you hear these sounds. And the incredible guitar-work is once again by Sir Tomo. He helped the sound of the song so much that he is co-writer, well-deserved. I couldn't have made this album without him. |
