Here's a list of some of my favorite places in Osaka, the main city I perform in in Japan.

Savannah Bar and Grill

This is the place that my blues, jazz alter-ego, doctor d, plays bimonthly or so.  The doctor likes to play on the nice Yamaha upright there and munch on the incredible selection of authentic Cajun cuisine.  This place comes HIGHLY recommended. 

Full Bloom

Cool club and chill-out lounge in the Shinsaibashi area.  Friend DJ Tatsu produces some fine musical entertainment here.

Covent Garden

I've played here so many times, but I never tire of it's comfortability, good food, and strong drinks.  There's a nice foosball table here and some good music nearly every weekend.

Mad Kafe

Cool spot to chill in the Shinsaibashi, Amemura area.  Good chill-out DJ sets here.
